| Descripción : | La investigación desarrollada es en base a un caso practico del examen complexivo, el objetivo principal es aplicar de forma correcta la NIC 36 y NIC 40 (Norma Internacional de Contabilidad). La empresa Vive Feliz S.A. adquiere un edificio con el fin de arrendamiento para las familias. Durante la investigación se aplicó el método descriptivo, este método nos permite aplicar cálculos y registros contables acorde a la NIC 36 de Deterioro del Valor de los Activos u NIC 40 Propiedades de inversión. Se realiza el registro de adquisición, transacción en el libro diario general, deterioro y contabilización del edificio según las normas antes mencionadas. |
| Resumen : | The research developed is based on a practical case of complex examination, the main objective is to correctly apply IAS 36 and IAS 40 (International Accounting Standard). The company Vive Feliz S.A. acquires a building for the purpose of leasing it to families. During the research the descriptive method was applied, this method allows us to apply calculations and accounting records according to IAS 36 Impairment of the Value of Assets or IAS 40 Investment Properties. The acquisition, transaction in the general journal, impairment and accounting of the building are recorded according to the aforementioned standards. |
