that allow the teacher to adapt their didactic media and the content that they are going to broadcast, From this, it is understood that technology has promoted the progress of methodologies and new ways of learning, as well as the ease of managing the practice to improve the units of study and consider the individualities of the students. Mathematics teachers then have the need to innovate their educational actions with the introduction of TIC and the use of educational platforms, thus, in today's society, various digital platforms coexist to learn and teach; however, it is convenient to identify and choose by the tools that best fit the objectives that you want to achieve, the work or evaluation activities and the needs of the educational environment. Meanwhile, the teaching of basic mathematical operations can be filled with the benefits provided by the new educational platforms, since it allows, mainly, to share and show the theoretical and numerical parts in a more visual and interactive way, connecting mathematical problems with facts that happen in the daily circle of the student. It is even necessary to add that excluding the incorporation of educational platforms in the educational process can generate negative consequences that are subject to the mechanism and habitually in teaching and hand in hand with the student losing motivation and/or interest in participating and reflect on learning; therefore, teachers have to articulate their practice with technology and expand their digital skills. By virtue of this, the platforms used by fourth grade teachers of the Antonio José de Sucre School of Basic Education in the teaching-learning of basic mathematical operations were navigated and, in particular, the incidence that has the LearningApps platform in the teaching-learning process, in order to provide a support and accompaniment tool that streamlines their training work. The research is part of a mixed methodological design, under the analytical, deductive and inductive methods, and with a bibliographic modality, which made it possible to organize and articulate the theoretical references with consistency.
