Intervención del trabajador social en el entorno familiar de Adolescentes Urbanos Construyendo su Futuro GAD municipal de Machala 2021

Abstract

The present systematization work whose theme is Intervention of the Social Worker in the family environment of 'Urban Adolescents Building their Future' Municipal GAD of Machala 2021, was carried out with the purpose of responding to the different shortcomings that exist within the family environment of the Citadel Brisas del Mar of the city of Machala, being able to show as the main event the lack of communication that causes family disintegration. It is worth mentioning that the research was carried out in compliance with one of the primary requirements prior to obtaining a Bachelor's degree. The family is considered as the first group of socialization and the fundamental base of every individual, in it values, beliefs and customs are forged that are necessary for behavior and good coexistence with society. Within this group are our main object of study, which are adolescents and how they behave within the social, educational and family environment. For this reason, when finding these series of inconveniences, the opportune and immediate intervention of social work is considered necessary. The intervention of the social worker is a relevant aspect in society, given that it focuses on detecting problems that exist in the family environment, and in turn, applies a series of techniques and instruments that allow discovering events that affect the coexistence of the family, in this way, it allows developing possible solutions, guiding its approach to improve the affective relationships between them. All this favors that adolescents are not involved in negligent situations that may affect their physical and emotional integrity during their development, derived from abandonment, carelessness or carelessness on the part of their parents, which is why through the intervention of the professional it is wanted mitigate consequences that may cause sequelae in this age group. It is for this reason that the systematization work is aimed at dealing with persistent difficulties within homes that harm the full development of adolescents. Reason why, an intervention plan was developed, where a series of activities will be carried out with the direct participation of parents and children motivated to transform unhealthy behaviors. The project is based on the logical historical methodology that allows to know the background of the raised problem allowing to understand the causes for which the event originates, in turn in the course of the development the mixed paradigm is embodied that gives us the guideline for obtain qualitative and quantitative data, on the other hand, the application of interviews, surveys and the Family APGAR was carried out, with the objective of acquiring relevant information about the study groups. Likewise, once the intervention process was completed, the respective analysis was carried out through data tabulation, showing that the information and assistance provided to the citizens of the sector has allowed positive results in the future of adolescents and their families. However, the social work intervention will continue to be present day after day in order to prevent future negative effects.
