Abstract

The intervention of the professional social worker has been important for society, either individually, family, community, while it is true that the social worker is characterized by immediate influence to a problem, in order to provide a better quality of life to human beings. For this reason, our systematization work is framed in internalizing the intervention of the professional towards the user through techniques and instruments that allow acquiring knowledge about processes, protocols and experiences in the outpatient area of the Teófilo Dávila Hospital. As for the extended methodology, it will be of qualitative nature, that is to say that an investigation will be carried out before the phenomenon or problem exposed, together with a synthetic analytical method since it is the companion to collect the most necessary data and information of the chosen topic. Also, a diagnosis will be made to study these problems in more depth, then an intervention plan and activities that will complement this process, and ensure a quality system in terms of user care in the outpatient area will be made.
