Potenciación del programa digital informa TV en el cantón Huaquillas, mediante la elaboración de un reportaje social

Abstract

This research has been addressed based on the issue of empowerment of the Digital Program Informa Tv in the canton Huaquillas, the same that belongs to the digital medium Play Studio, an informative space that has sought to connect with the community, worked under a segment of participation such as live interviews, and thus make known the needs of the citizen. However, it is important to promote progressive development by adapting to technological advancement, and competitive in the digital area, provide quality content, beyond knowing what the program needs to meet the expectations of the public, to be able to implement it, since in Huaquillas there is little credibility when giving a news in the digital media and when they spread it they commit plagiarism. While analog television is very little seen by the current use of technology, it is thus that the lack of professionalism is very concurrent in digital media and there isn't reliability on the part of the audience, due to this problem, the topic that will help keep the community informed with the content in an appropriate way has been chosen. It should be noted that, in the program, there are shortcomings such as the lack of journalistic genres and a schedule appropriate to a newscast, the same one that causes the audience to look for other digital media to be informed of the events. The main objective was the elaboration of a social report for the improvement of the Informa Tv Program, being this journalistic genre absent in the informative. Making a social report has the purpose of showing what is needed in our object of study, what must be taken into account to enhance it, causing this to cause attention and capture in the message at the time of informing. The focus of the report was on migration at the border, since it was an alternative of greater interest to citizens, investigative content that very little is done in the Huaquillas canton. In order to identify the needs within a program, factors that influence to enhance it, the qualitative technique was proposed; through literature review, and interviews with communicators -specialists with experience in digital programs. On the other hand, the quantitative technique was applied, conducting surveys to the Huaquillense population to know the problems from the point of view of the viewer, managing to define that the best time to broadcast is from Monday to Friday for 3 broadcasts (morning, afternoon and night). Finally, what was investigated was put into practice, carrying out the social investigation report in different places of Huaquillas with the contribution of authorities, private institution, specialists in the subject, foreigners and citizens, flyers were also created to publicize the changes that were they did within the program, both the report, the schedules, the new image of the program and the type of content that it will provide, to later broadcast it live within the Informa Tv program through the Play Studio digital medium. To conclude, it has been confirmed that there is a diverse audience in a news program and that it is attracted to research topics in reportage format, since a good scope has been obtained in the statistics with the annex of this journalistic genre accompanied by a relevant topic, it should be emphasize that the program continues with live interviews.
