Abstract

This research project has a very important focus on cognitive development in children, which is entitled ´´Art from magical realism focused on educational institutions´´ aims to create a proposal in a diptych, making a painting with the magic realism technique, oriented to creativity where the main characters would be children, for this reason it is necessary to teach about art from a child stage. Magical realism is a pictorial movement that occurred in the mid-twentieth century, where the German Frankz Roh gave it a different interpretation, he stated that with this title he could describe with a painting that demonstrated an alternate reality, the most striking of this movement artistic is the representation of an environment out of the ordinary where fantastic characters or scenarios are widely used in this movement since everything arises from creativity implemented in an everyday space. The main characteristics shown in the work are the magical realism movement, where the variety of colors is implemented playing with light and shadows in order to create different scenarios in an orderly manner, to generate great interest or connection with the spectators and the construction site. Painting is the graphic representation that when using pigments mixed with other substances, whether organic or synthetic, therefore different techniques are used with painting, this provokes feelings and emotions that leads us to the interpretation of a message, in this diptych raises the problem of a reduced artistic teaching in a basic educational environment, since this affects creativity and emotional not only in an institution but also in their daily environment. The creative and essential part of each child allows them to develop and create new forms of interaction found in their environment, curiosity is great in childhood in which they send messages seeking to communicate with these new ideas, they are afraid of being rejected in their social circle, for this reason the marbles are represented in the form of planets that makes a clearer focus on the imagination that each child possesses and their very different ways of seeing reality. For this purpose, the role that each child plays within a society have been a bit complicated, since they make fun of or criticize each other and this is a very specific factor that does not allow them to move to certain areas, in the basic educational field. artistic that certain rules are followed that are applied, this makes children become a discouraged environment and that they do not fully develop. Children play a very important role in a society that they express their thoughts and emotions through a dialogue or interaction with some object, giving it another meaning, for this reason, maintaining creative learning in the artistic part will be the main engine for children. can create an environment where they feel free and in direct connection with their thoughts.
