Abstract

The analysis of municipal management in the provision of basic services in the urban parish Jubones of the Machala canton, is immersed in the existing infrastructure problems, in the different areas that make up the parish, such as the lack of sewage, water, electric lighting, among others, which harms the lifestyle of the inhabitants that make up the sector. It is important to carry out this research, because it will help to verify the different requirements that citizens need, to achieve a decent life, in order to improve the coexistence of the inhabitants, to promote good living among them and they can access a balanced distribution. and manage to benefit from the different basic quality services, although it is important that the Municipal GAD of Machala be present in the different requirements that citizens need in order to create credibility among the residents. Determining the effect caused by the harmonious, dynamic and sustained social development of municipal management related to the provision of basic services in the urban parish of Jubones in the canton of Machala, is the main objective of the project, to eradicate the current problems that they are going through and have to deal with the people who live in this place, due to the limited basic services they have, by not having the support of the main authorities belonging to the municipality that affects the progress of the parish and the people who live in the sector. To carry out the investigation, the mixed method was used, which through the survey obtained information that allowed it to be transformed into numerical and percentage data, while the interview was applied to the neighborhood leaders, allowing to further strengthen the data and verify the answers. Through the extracted results, the following was elaborated Design of a motivational training proposal, which encourages the participation of residents in the construction of comprehensive proposals to improve their quality of life, it is important that the residents of the sector are immersed in the different activities that are going to be carried out for the benefit of the place where they live, in order to contribute to the strengthening of social coexistence, in the articulation and execution of strategies aimed at improving basic services for the benefit of the residents. It is necessary that the exposed proposal encourages the citizen participation of the residents for the construction of better strategies in conjunction with the authorities and officials of the Municipal GAD of the Machala canton, allowing to motivate the residents to work as a team, to counteract the different problems they have in relation to basic services. The authorities of the Municipal GAD of Machala and the inhabitants of the Jubones parish, Through the exposed proposal, they must promote functional strategies among themselves in order to solve the problems of coverage and quality of basic services in the parish. For the development of this project, cooperation is required, not only from municipal staff, it is also important that citizens are immersed in the different activities that they must carry out, in order to strengthen inter-institutional relations between the municipality and the parish.
