Abstract

The purpose of this work is to verify compliance with the Environmental Management Plan and the Current Environmental Regulations of the Project,AMPLIACIÓN Y MEJORAMIENTO DE LA VÍA MACHALA – INTERSECCIÓN CON LA VÍA LA TRONCAL DE LA COSTA E-25, EN LA PROVINCIA DE EL ORO. The environmental audit of compliance with the work is carried out using a descriptiveexplanatory investigation and with a quantitative and qualitative approach, it was also divided into three stages and field visits were made from the initial abscissa to the final one that contemplates the project, the activities and processes that would be stored in finding matrices were also recorded and evaluated. From the results obtained from the information previously given by the Environmental Resident, the degree of compliance with both the PMA and the Current Environmental Regulations was determined, for which an Action Plan was prepared that will allow mitigating and correcting the findings found in Environmental Programs, guaranteeing better management of resources and reduction of environmental damage.
