Abstract

The main objective of this project is to prepare the reference budget for the project, Improvement of streets up to the base level, placement of granular, sub-base and base improvement material, repair and reconstruction of Potable Water and Sanitary Sewerage networks in several streets. of the Citadel Las Brisas Sector 3, of the City of Arenillas, Province of El Oro, according to a case study, which consists of the elaboration of unit price analyzes that will help us obtain values of direct costs and indirect, values that will be updated in the local market of the site, with the help of the polynomial formula we will obtain real values in the price readjustment, and also with the standard crew we will quantify each labor cost. With the help of Microsoft Project we will obtain the term in calendar days, valued schedule, physical progress schedule, Gantt Bar Chart with which it will help us estimate the duration and amounts scheduled for each item trying to prevent any unforeseen event within the realization of the same with which, ensuring the correct execution of each one of them for which they were contracted, thereby ensuring the contractor and the contracting party to comply with 100% of the object for which this work was contracted.
