Abstract

Domestic violence is considered one of the most regrettable behaviors of human violence and generally those who originate it are people who are united by ties of consanguinity, affinity or kinship, so it is generally expected that within this environment it is not cause harm or sadness, but is a source of affection and respect. The general objective of the research is: To determine the application and effectiveness of comprehensive reparation in infringement sentences as a right for victims of domestic violence.
