Abstract
In the present investigation and starting from the doctrinal elements on the concentrated control of constitutionality, we analyze sentence 001-13-SCN-CC, where a consultation of the constitutionality of the norm is carried out. The results are modestly associated with the contributions that are always necessary to the study of constitutional law and as part of the interest in persisting in the defense of human rights according to the international instruments signed by our country. For this, research methods and techniques were applied that will facilitate the fulfillment of the objective, such as comparative law, analytical exegetical, logical historical, deductive inductive, triangulation and document analysis.

En la presente investigación y partiendo de los elementos doctrinales sobre el control concentrado de constitucionalidad, analizamos la sentencia 001-13-SCN-CC, donde se realiza una consulta de constitucionalidad de norma. Los resultados se asocian modestamente a las contribuciones siempre necesarias al estudio del derecho constitucional y como parte del interés de persistir en la defensa de los derechos humanos según los instrumentos internacionales firmados por nuestro país. Para ello se aplicaron métodos y técnicas de investigación que propiciarán el cumplimiento del objetivo, tales como el derecho comparado, exegético analítico, histórico lógico, inductivo deductivo, triangulación y el análisis de documentos.
