dc.description.abstractWork motivation since its inception has brought with it great business changes aimed at success, because it focuses directly on human capital, an element of great importance within companies. Motivation is the reason that drives the collaborators of an organization, transforming itself into qualitative change to carry out the proposed activities. Motivation can be external when it comes from the outside with the aim of encouraging an action or internal motivation when it is specific to the individual and constantly tries to be better The factors that most affect work motivation in employees are when their needs are not met, as work motivation is an essential factor, it generates a level of trust and satisfaction at work for the development of the individual's capacity and their act more effective. The present work aims to determine how work motivation influences business productivity at the financial institution Coop. From Ahorro y Crédito Rosita Ltda of Cantón Santa Rosa, a quantitative approach methodology was used which allowed obtaining results in relation to the study experience, it is supported by a documentary-bibliographic and descriptive research, which as a whole allows to collect everything necessary for the respective analyzes. Finally, after the analyzes carried out, it is determined that the higher the percentage of motivation there is a higher percentage of productivity, which indicates that there is a direct relationship between motivation and production.es_ES
