| dc.description | En este artículo de revisión de literatura corta, se explora el conocimiento actual sobre los factores en el ámbito universitario, que permiten la creación de una Spin-off. Revisamos la literatura en dos líneas de investigación: (1) Tejido empresarial, (2) investigaciones futuras. A través del análisis de más de 60 artículos: (a) rastreamos la evolución a lo largo del tiempo, (b) destacamos los vínculos entre las diferentes corrientes de investigación, y (c) damos recomendaciones para futuras investigaciones. En general, analizamos las determinantes internas y externas de las Spin-Off así como establecemos la relación que se estructura con su entorno. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | In this short literature review article, current knowledge about factors in the university environment is explored, allowing the creation of a Spin-off. We review the literature in two lines of research: (1) Business tissue, (2) future research. Through the analysis of more than 60 articles: (a) we track the evolution over time, (b) we highlight the links between the different research streams, and (c) we give recommendations for future research. In general, we analyze the internal and external determinants of spin-offs as well as establish the relationship that is structured with their environment. | es_ES |
