Acumulación de procesos como solución a la presentación de acciones judiciales semejantes en diferentes judicaturas.

Abstract

This essay was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the problems that arise around the figure established in our current system of Oral Proceedings, in order to provide solutions to each of the specific cases that arise, especially the "Accumulation of processes", allowing those who are in charge of the Judicial Function to achieve true justice, and guarantee the rights of the procedural subjects, through impartial resolutions, especially when it comes to fundamental rights, in which minors whose rights may be violated are immersed. In view of the above facts, the following topic "ACCUMULATION OF PROCEEDINGS AS A SOLUTION TO THE PRESENTATION OF SEMI-SIMILAR JUDICIAL ACTIONS IN DIFFERENT JUDICIATURES" was established; with the purpose of solving the problem. The objective of this work is to analyze the accumulation of processes, in procedural matters, and to guarantee the effective judicial protection, in addition we have specified the adequate procedure for the accumulation of processes and the viability of the same; additionally we determine if the accumulation of processes is a means to decongest the judicial system. The methodology used in this work will be the use of the analytical-synthetic method, that is to say, starting from the title, an analysis of each of the points to be dealt with will be made to finally synthesize what has been investigated.
