Abstract

The present work has the purpose of carrying out the analysis of unit prices and work scheduling of the activities that correspond to the Challiguro Palenque Canal Rehabilitation Project in the Pasaje Canton, El Oro province. Corresponding to the practical part of the Complexive Examination, An analysis of unit prices of the detailed items of the project execution was carried out, with them it was possible to determine the work budget, in addition, the price readjustment was carried out using the polynomial formula, the work scheduling was executed through the software Microsoft Project program in which the durations of each item were entered, managing to determine the predecessor activities and the time or term of execution of the work, The number of people needed to carry out the work was also determined with the help of the typical crew. Once the work schedule was done, the physical progress schedule, the valued schedule of works, the labor schedule, equipment schedule and the materials schedule were executed, with which the use of the machinery, the number of workers to be required and the amount of materials necessary for the execution of this project was determined, thus optimizing resources and time.
