Abstract

This work contains the analysis of the polynomial formula and price readjustment of the sanitary sewerage work of the Brisas del Mar neighborhoods, city of Arenillas. Since it is an indispensable basic service for the inhabitants of this area generating a great benefit for their health and welfare, it is for this reason that a planning and budgeting is needed. Therefore, based on the analysis of unit prices, APU, we began to consider the necessary budget, specifying the costs of each item of the work and its total cost. The analysis to be developed is the polynomial formula whose objective is to determine the magnitude of the cost variation in the components through the price readjustment system, as well as the type crew that focuses on the labor and quantities that will be used in the project. For this reason, we will rely on scientific articles and legal bases that give us a scope to the subject, relying mainly on the provisions of Chapter VII of the Organic Law of the Public Procurement System, LOSNCP and its Regulations, including the price indexes of the Construction, IPCO provided by INEC, as well as the minimum wages by law of the Comptroller General of the State.
