Análisis de las funciones del fiscalizador y el contratista en una obra civil

Abstract

Within the civil engineering area, the presence of various problems on site is frequent, one reason being the lack of a law or regulation that regulates the scope of the functions that the inspector and the contractor must follow both in public and private constructions. The main objective of this research is to analyze the functions of the inspector and the contractor through a compilation of bibliographic information to determine the scope of an inspector and contractor within a civil work. The methodology of this work is of an investigative nature through the investigation of bibliography through scientific journals and the functions and scope that an inspector and contractor must fulfill with the main purpose of all civil works is to advance according to the valued schedule of the job. In addition to all these aspects, it is recommended that the examiner take a hybrid function, between teaching and clarifying any doubts in due course, whether of a constructive or design nature, and in the same way the contractor must be flexible with requests for the audit, provided that the previously established technical specifications are respected.
