Abstract

The purpose of this work for the qualification is to obtain the total budget of the project based on the analysis of unit prices, PUS which consists of the values of direct and indirect costs, values that are updated in the construction sector also allows us obtain real results with the help of the polynomial formula in the price readjustment, and through the use of the typical crew we will have the proper management of labor. The valued work schedule and the physical progress schedule of equipment and materials will be carried out that will be used efficiently and effectively for the preparation of the Budget and Scheduling project of the work for the project Rehabilitation of the irrigation system Challiguro - Casacay, Pasaje , El Oro, is used as a Microsoft Project tool where we will obtain the duration time for each item of the project and in this way avoid setbacks that in one way or another delay the execution of the work, which facilitates the processes within the work are adequate according to the planning.
