Abstract

The present investigative work is oriented to know the different forms of exclusions that transgender women face in education by teachers, colleagues and managers; as well as the effects on their daily life, In addition, inform how these exclusions can generate anxiety, stress, problems to socialize and fear. In the same way, a descriptive study is carried out through the bibliographic review that consists of searching, analyzing and synthesizing the different articles and books of authors that cover the subject of exclusions towards transgender in order to clarify how people with sexuality Heteronormative and ingrained ideas impart negative conceptions about trans women, expressing that they do not favor educational institutions with their gender identity. In addition, a case of a transgender woman is exposed who suffers discrimination in the educational field by administrative personnel, due to the gender transition that she makes during school. Finally, conclusions on the work carried out to clarify it are presented.
