Abstract

The word socioculturality alludes to the social and cultural characteristics of peoples and nations, specifically it is related to their customs, traditions and lifestyles of their inhabitants and it is precisely about the teaching of sociocultural practices to students that this strategy was developed. research whose objective was to develop a methodological guide to improve sociocultural practices based on the situated learning method. The research was of an applied type, a mixed approach was used and the knowledge it provided was descriptive and explanatory. In the field study, three teachers from the area of Social Studies and one hundred and twenty-five students of the Ninth Year participated.
