Software educativo libre como estrategia a la mejora de habilidades lectoescritoras en estudiantes de niveles básicos con problemas de aprendizaje

Abstract

The use of free software is an option to support students with deficits in their cognitive development and literacy problems. This method is proposed as a teaching strategy promoting the development of educational software that seeks to improve the reading and writing skills of students who present deficits in their learning. The problem that is to be addressed with the educational software implemented is presented. There is an analysis of educational software to determine if it falls within the range of a pedagogical tool. A proposal, activities and measurement instruments are also presented to verify how these activities are progressing and the way forward to make the proposal a reality. The use of indicators is encouraged when evaluating progress according to the method to be used in the development of activities to enhance learning and also to measure the usefulness of educational software.
