| Descripción : | El presente ensayo trata sobre la incidencia que tiene la ética en el trabajo social del área empresarial, del Sindicato de Choferes Profesionales de la ciudad de Machala, la temática de gran relevancia, que permite afrontar situaciones enfocadas en el principio ético de la profesión. En este trabajo se analiza el desempeño del trabajador social desde normas o principios del sindicato, por medio de la aplicación de medidas o decisiones en el campo laboral de los conductores. Por otro lado, se recalca el papel que la ética, particularmente en el Departamento de Trabajo Social, la misma que es dirigida por la licenciada Estefanía Loayza, cuya función, es interactuar con los socios del sindicato de choferes profesionales de Machala y dar cumpliendo a cabalidad del trabajo y funciones específicas, como el control de las carpetas de cada uno de los socios y sus trabajadores. No obstante, la importancia del Trabajador Social, radica en el cumplimiento de actividades, de forma responsable y con conocimiento en las obligaciones. Es así que, las funciones nombradas anteriormente, se analiza lo importante que debe estar por delante la ética, para que de esta manera, sean reconocidos los deberes y derechos que tiene los socios , trabajadores y obreros de la misma, siendo respetados, dándole la dignidad inherente, sin existir corrupción alguna, guardando la postura entre trabajador social y usuario, dándole así una manera empática para sobrellevar todo tipo de actividad o función que se vaya a realizar y tratando de empoderarlo al usuario con lo requerido. |
| Resumen : | This essay deals with the impact that ethics has on social work in the business area, of the Union of Professional Drivers of the city of Machala, the subject of great relevance, which allows facing situations focused on the ethical principle of the profession. In this work the performance of the social worker is analyzed from the norms or principles of the union, through the application of measures or decisions in the labor field of the drivers. On the other hand, the role of ethics is emphasized, particularly in the Department of Social Work, which is directed by the lawyer Estefanía Loayza, whose function is to interact with the partners of the professional drivers union of Machala and give in compliance with thoroughness of the work and specific functions, such as the control of the folders of each of the partners and their workers. However, the importance of the Social Worker lies in the fulfillment of activities, in a responsible way and with knowledge of the obligations. Thus, the aforementioned functions, it is analyzed how important ethics must be ahead, so that in this way, the duties and rights of its partners, workers and workers are recognized, being respected, giving it the inherent dignity, without any corruption, keeping the position between social worker and user, thus giving an empathetic way to cope with all types of activity or function that is going to be carried out and trying to empower the user with what is required. |
