| dc.description.abstract | En cuatro zonas de la Provincia de El Oro, se realizó el estudio del contenido estomacal del molusco bivalvo Anadara tuberculosa, y se determinó cualitativamente y cuantitativamente el fitoplancton presente. Se muestrearon 50 moluscos de cada zona y extrajo el contenido estomacal, el cual fue diluido en agua destilada y observada al microscopio para el análisis cualitativo y para el análisis cuantitativo se utilizó la cámara de Neuwaber. Los resultados establecen la presencia de 26 especies de fitoplancton, en las cuatro zonas objeto de estudio. La mayor concentración celular se encontró en la zona de Pto. Bolívar (3’210.000Cél/ml). En tanto que la menor concentración corresponde la zona de Pto. Jelí (2’330.000Cél/ml). | es_ES |
