| Descripción : | El alcance del presente ensayo es la evaluación psicológica, como el estudio del conocimiento psicológico con el propósito de anunciar y a su vez describir las características y vivencias del individuo evaluado, luego de obtener el resultado se procede a realizar su respectivo análisis, con el abordaje a una paciente adulta mayor para determinar su diagnóstico psicopatológico usando los métodos más representativos en la psicología como lo son; evaluación psicológica y la observación. Los cuales nos permite verificar si se cumple los objetivos de la psicología en los diferentes enfoques, para la utilización en el diagnóstico y aplicación en los adultos mayores la cual nos permite analizar sus rasgos, actitudes, capacidades, dificultades, motivaciones y medir sus mecanismos en diferentes situaciones. El objetivo del mismo es indagar antecedentes patológicos de un adulto mayor, mediante la aplicación de entrevistas y observación para un posible diagnóstico psicopatológico. Se concluye que el uso temprano de la evaluación psicológica, permite evaluar trastornos comunes o graves que puede sufrir una persona o un adulto mayor, por tal razón es de vital importancia conocer la definición y determinación de los criterios de diagnósticos de dicho trastorno citado y la realización de las entrevistas y observaciones para detectar el deterioro de estado de salud mental y física. |
| Resumen : | The scope of this essay is the psychological evaluation as the study of psychological knowledge with the purpose of announcing and in turn describe the characteristics and experiences of the individual evaluated, after obtaining the result we proceed to perform their respective analysis, with the approach of an older adult patient to determine their psychopathological diagnosis using the most representative methods in psychology such as; psychological evaluation and observation. These allow us to verify if the objectives of psychology in the different approaches are fulfilled, for the use in the diagnosis and application in older adults, which allows us to analyze their traits, attitudes, habilities, difficulties, motivations and measure their mechanisms in different situations. The objective of this study is to investigate the pathological antecedents of an older adult through the application of interviews and observation for a possible psychopathological diagnosis. It is concluded that the early use of psychological evaluation allows the evaluation of common or serious disorders that a person or an older adult may suffer, for this reason it is of vital importance to know the definition and determination of the diagnostic criteria of the aforementioned disorder and to carry out the interviews and observations to detect the deterioration of mental and physical health status. |
