Abstract

First, we made an analysis of direct and indirect costs, in the direct costs, the analysis of unit prices of each of the detailed items was elaborated, the realization of the design, with this we obtained the budget of the work, additionally the price readjustment was applied Using the polynomial formula, the number of people needed to undertake completely different activities was determined by producing the type crew. The work schedule was established through the use of Microsoft Office Project software, by inserting the duration of each task, determining the activities and defining the predecessors, giving as an effect the term of completion of the work. Once the schedule was drawn up, we proceeded to explain the valued work schedule and the valued schedule of physical progress, where the progress curve was determined. Also, the schedules for the use of equipment, labor and materials were elaborated, determining the verification of the use of the machinery, the number of workers required and the supply of materials to control the use of the machinery, the number of workers required. and the supply of construction materials, through which it optimizes the time and price for the completion of the work.
