Análisis de la incidencia del Covid 19 al régimen de efectos personales de viajero.

Abstract

The virus called COVID 19 was affected worldwide, becoming a pandemic, with the worst part of people who even lost loved ones very close to them. International trade was not the exception of what caused this virus and affected all customs regimes, causing economic parities in most importers and exporters, in addition to causing discomfort in travelers who are transported from one country to another. The objective of this paper is to analyze whether or not the measures taken by the authorities affected the Regime of Personal Effects of travelers, for which it investigates in the different bibliographies and in the resolutions issued by SENAE, to determine to what extent they affected the resolutions to this regime, based in this way my analysis in this research. It is concluded that there is an impact of COVID 19 to all foreign trade operators, customs regimes, passengers and border cities of our country, on the other hand, frequent travelers changed the way they carry their personal effects from travelers, since for example, previously it was not even allowed to bring water to the aircraft and now due to the pandemic even alcohol is allowed to go up.
