Abstract

Immediate postpartum haemorrhage is an obstetric emergency that puts the hemodynamic status of the patient at risk and if not corrected in time it can trigger fatal consequences, in this practical reagent we will address the most important aspects: definition, types, clinical, treatment through nursing diagnosis. Marjory Gordon's theory guides us in providing attention to the needs of the patient through the identification of altered functional patterns in postpartum hemorrhage. The objective of this work is based on the development of care plans for immediate postpartum hemorrhage, through objective assessment using the nanda nic and noc taxonomy for the reduction of obstetric complications. The role of the nurse in postpartum hemorrhage is very important, we are the first line of diagnosis and we can make a difference to prevent complications derived from this obstetric emergency and achieve the MM reduction objectives that are established in the quality of care goals health of the Country.
