Implementación de un programa de aula abierta basado en la cultura de paz, para contribuir a la convivencia escolar armónica de los estudiantes del décimo año de EGB paralelo C de la Unidad Educativa Balao

Abstract

This master‟s thesis has the purpose to consider the causes that have originated the problems of school coexistence and those factors that are involved; as the role of the teacher to transform those conflicts into a peaceful or harmonious coexistence with the environment. The main goal is to design an innovative change proposal, from the foundations of the culture of peace, aimed at students of the tenth year of EGB, from the Balao Educational Unit, located in the Balao canton, Guayas province, Ecuador. This proposal is focused on providing a guideline to the teacher to meet the different needs of their students and achieve empathy, cooperation, enthusiasm, respect, solidarity with a view to improving coexistence among students.
