Educación emocional y conductas disruptivas en los niños de preparatoria

Abstract

The research carried out has had the intention of knowing the importance of emotional education to counteract disruptive behaviors in high school boys and girls, an objective created in relation to the problem chosen later on by carrying out a bibliographical inquiry based on the selection of the two variables such as emotional education and disruptive behaviors. With the support of the most influential authors such as Daniel Goleman and Rafael Bisquerra, emotional education has become an innovative program in teaching, in turn it works as a teaching tool to eliminate or prevent different types of existing behaviors in students which alters the harmonious development of the classroom, This being the case of disruptive behaviors, these behaviors generally originate in the family for various reasons, and later remain at the beginning of school instruction or develop during the course of it, it is also known that if they are not controlled or annulled, they evolve along with the student, causing problems in interpersonal relationships; Studies show that by applying the appropriate techniques based on the theory of emotional education, children learn to regulate their emotions and improve their relationship with their peers and their usual environment. It is necessary to educate the emotions because it not only helps the child in his formative stage but also for the rest of his life. Finally, the conclusions supported in the development of the work are determined as a contribution to the solution of this problem.
