Abstract

The stock market is an instrument that is responsible for directing recent financial resources through the negotiation of securities destined for productive actions. The little knowledge that exists about the stock market affects the behavior of entrepreneurs, for this reason, it continues with its traditional form of financing, which is banking without knowing that a good investment study in the stock market will generate a greater performance than usual. For this reason, this paper will analyze the investment and financing alternatives available to the stock market. To achieve a suitable job, the different advantages and disadvantages that occur in it were studied, taking as a reference the Stock Market Law. At the end of the study, a flow diagram was developed on the investment mechanism of the stock market, in order to show the processes to follow to make an investment in the Ecuadorian stock market.
