Manual de funciones de los procesos desarrollados en la empresa agrícola frutas surtidas Afrusursa S.A.

Abstract

This investigative type of work has made it possible to compile a series of information in order to develop a manual of functions that mainly highlights the responsibilities of each department that make up the company, this administrative tool will allow to make the most of the resources available to the institution, whose budgetary projection is based taking into account all internal activities, as well as field activities that have to do directly with advisory services in agricultural management prior to obtaining the respective certification. The manual of functions that the company currently has is extremely basic and does not reflect the achievements in terms of goals and objectives, the direct beneficiaries of this work are going to be the managers, human talent and clients. The work scheme was based on the processes developed in the company with the priority objective of identifying the processes developed, as well as establishing the functions applied in them, thus achieving that it can become an academic guide that allows orienting future professionals in business administration, while achieving increased productivity in the company by using this document and being clear about the activities of each department and its managers.The methodology used in this work was the documentary bibliography, making a compilation of various investigations published in scientific journals, in addition to this compilation base, we proceeded to synthetically elaborate the proposal that in this case consists of the organic manual of functions for the company .
