Análisis teórico práctico del funcionamiento familiar y estructura de la familia nn desde el enfoque sistémico

Abstract

The family fulfills a fundamental function in the life of each member that composes it, where the first learnings are constructed, that are transmitted by the parents or caretakers that propitiate the development of social abilities, values and patterns of behavior within a social context. In order to be considered a functional family system, affective bonds must be present, where each family member can express their emotions and feelings, otherwise it will be a dysfunctional system, that is, when within the family nucleus no norms are established, there is no differentiation between the subsystems, non-established roles and deficient communication.It is of utmost importance within the family to maintain the presence of hierarchies among the members, where rules or regulations are established that allow for the maintenance of order and functionality of the system. It is also necessary for families to be able to adapt to both internal and external changes that often occur in daily life. The present work aims to evaluate the NN family by identifying the level of functioning through literature review and case study, using the systemic approach. In the process carried out to the NN family, clinical case analyzed in this research, elements such as APGAR and FF-SIL have been used as instruments to assess family functionality at different levels besides the genogram that allows obtaining guidelines of the structure, relationships and family functioning, as well as the application of the interview as a means to obtain information.
