| Descripción : | El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como propósito examinar el impacto socioeconómico de los trabajadores de la empresa Electrohogar, del Cantón Santa Rosa de la Provincia de El Oro, fundamentado por información bibliográfica científica, con el fin de brindar mayor eficiencia y veracidad al lector del presente documento. Hacer mención, de una correcta medición del impacto socioeconómico de trabajadores que prestan sus servicios a una empresa, se podrá conocer los efectos positivos o negativos que se ocasionó en el periodo de la pandemia (coronavirus) del año 2020, enfocado desde una perspectiva humanista, incluyendo la Ley Humanitaria del Ecuador implementada este año y también la Constitución de la República del Ecuador siendo este el principal garante en velar por el bienestar y derechos de los ciudadanos, orientado desde los derechos de caTda persona que forma parte del sector empresarial privado. |
| Resumen : | He purposes of this research work is to examine the socioeconomic impact of the workers of the Electrohogar company, of the Santa Rosa Canton of the Province of El Oro, based on scientific bibliographic information, in order to provide greater efficiency and accuracy to the reader of this document. Make mention of a correct measurement of the socioeconomic impact of workers who provide their services to a company, it will be possible to know the positive or negative effects that occurred in the period of the pandemic (coronavirus) of the year 2020, focused from a humanistic perspective, including the Humanitarian Law of Ecuador implemented this year and also the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, this being the main guarantor in ensuring the welfare and rights of citizens, oriented from the rights of each person who is part of the private business sector. |
