Abstract

This research was carried out in order to demonstrate that the theory of resources and capacities is a fundamental tool in human resource management, which is currently used as a means to obtain positive results in accommodation companies. For this, a descriptive methodology was used through an exploratory analysis by means of which it was possible to determine the organizational reality in terms of human resource management of the hotel company "Ciudad de Pasaje" and, on the other hand, the benefits that this theory gives grants. Subsequently, an analysis of the influencing factors of the theory of resources and capacities was carried out, analyzing different scientific articles that support the analysis carried out. Therefore, it was concluded that the theory of resources and capacities studied is a fundamental tool in the current management of human resources within a hosting company, which when applied, a greater productivity is obtained as a benefit.
