Abstract

This work deals with the functions of the Social Worker and their intervention in the Educational, Business and Community fields, focused on the diversity of social problems that are present in these areas,It is therefore,the actions of the social worker are fundamentally considered and that, added to the application of multiple professional action strategies, allow the search for possibilities to improve the well-being of people.Social problems are considered as challenges faced by the professional in social work due to the variety of cases that are evident in today's society,which are given for reasons of different kinds such as poverty, school dropouts, social inequalities, insecurity, unemployment and violence,This leads to people not being able to develop their skills and abilities adequately, since this is presented as a stagnation in their social development, for this reason human beings are limited by not being able to achieve all their objectives.Through the bibliographic review and with contributions from scientific journals, they allow an analysis with updated and verified information on the roles and functions that the social worker fulfills in the face of social problems in the different fields of action,This is done in a positive way with the intention that the professional can meet the needs effectively and thus guide people with quality information where it allows them to generate solutions to their problems and improve their quality of life.
