Abstract

In the synthesis of the present bibliographic research Participation of the social work professional in gender equality conflicts in the city of Machala 2020, aims to analyze and propose solutions from the perspective of the social work professional, trained in the classrooms of our university, with a critical and clear vision in the solution of conflicts on gender equality, a topic that, apart from being controversial, to certain sectors of society to raise forums, talks to have a clear idea of this social problem. The objective set as a result of the practical reagent chosen in the area of social work and human rights that manifests the violation of the right of two people by not being able to regulate their marital status as protected by law regarding the de facto union of two people of the same sex. This analysis is based on the regulations contemplated in our Magna Carta and International Human Rights Conventions that fulfill the right to equality and non-discrimination between human beings. The methods that are used to carry out this essay, among others, will be, Exegetical, which allows us to know the legal vocabulary; Descriptive, helps to describe the phenomenon of study to relate it to the environment; Explanatory, Give explanation why certain events happen, Deductive, It is that it allows us to reason from the general to the particular.
