Abstract

The analysis of the chronological order of the documents necessary to comply with an export, are supported in the planning of the chain of processes that are carried out at the different stages, from pre-shipment to post-shipment, herein the concepts related to the subject are defined, documents such as customs declarations, bill of loading, among others, are analyzed. In the planning of an export, configurations can be generated in the stages, thanks to technological advances, reforms to technical standards and a correct structuring of the plan, a high standard can be met in the logistics chain, minimizing resources. The exporter should take into account that there are several regulations and legal rules that would apply in the importing country, which he will have to coordinate with the buyer for when making an export.
