Abstract

In the APU we can break down the expenses generated by i labor, ii equipment, iii materials and iv transportation, and an analysis of the construction processes to be executed including the value of profits that compensate for the work to be done. However, in recent years metal structures have obtained a relevant increase in the construction sector, their implementation reduces the times in the execution of a work, since pre-manufactured profiles are used that are installed on site, complying with a better performance in its functionality and in the optimization of spaces However, the APUs vary according to the technical specifications of each design, the method used, and the area where the project will take place.
