Abstract

The following work corresponds to the practical part of the complex, its goal is the planning and programming of the work Parque ciudadela Cristo Rey , cantón El Guabo, El Oro where we will determine the analysis of unit prices APU, the budget, polynomial formula , type crew and physical progress schedule, valued work schedule, labor schedule, equipment schedule, and materials schedule, this with the help of the MS Project. All this helps us to estimate the cost and term of the work to be built, among other things It is important to emphasize that the schedules help us to identify during the period with the highest demand. This methodology is based on a program through predecessors and logical construction sequences, to optimize and develop coherence with respect to the duration of each task to be performed. In the same way, a period of 46 calendar days was obtained for the completion of the work and a budget of $ 95,655.92
