Abstract

The present performance of the work allowed to know the great importance of the management of urban areas or spaces which bring multiple benefits to the population both in social, environmental, and if they involve proper planning in the economic field they also generate great benefits in the saving of the same existing resources through the contribution and integration of professional staff in the area of urban trees. The approach of the present study was a type of mixed research because two approaches were taken as a basis to observe, collect and evaluate the data obtained for its investigation as the description of the impacts generated by the non-existence of the management of green areas or spaces urban and therefore the benefits that it generates, the actors to intervene in the place, as well as the collection of data about the established population. It was also used as a documentary research methodology through secondary bibliographic sources of books, scientific articles, theses based on the objective of the case study. Descriptive to publicize certain behaviors, Exploratory because the area of study is very poorly studied and correlational to publicize the level of dependence and relationship between the factors to be studied. The results presented with the help of sustainability tools that adequate management is the proper planning of urban spaces or areas greatly influences the strategy of a social, economic balance for an activity to be considered sustainable.
