Bacterias presentes en teléfonos móviles del personal que labora en el área de microbiología del hospital general de ambato, 2020

Abstract

The mobile phone are gadgets essential in a Society, these meet to end the sanitary attention for the frequent and daily in the work área, at present a health problem because these devices are exposed to colonization of any type of bacteria, causing morbidity and mortality in the patients of a health center. This investigation has as objective to write the types the bacteria identified in the mobile phone of the staff working in the área of microbiology, through the bibliographic review of articles relating to this topic, for the prevention of bacterial infections. A descriptive analysis was performed of bacteria in mobile phone of the staff, using the method quali-quantitative. Qualitative because it will identify the types of bacteria by means of the Gram stain and quantitative because by means of planting in Blood Agar and Mac Conkey Agar be known the quantity of mobile phone with the presence of bacteria. The risk factors were identified in the health personnel and also the risk factors were identified in the health personnel and likewise it established measurements of control and prevention by means of the use of antiseptic that they help to the higiene of the telephone mobile. Conclusion: bacteria that are found in the mobile phone in study were Staphylococcus epidermidis with 27,8%, Staphylococcus aureus with 11,1%, Escherichia coli with 22,2% and Klebsiella pneumoniae with 5,6%, these bacteria serve like indicative of wich there is a clear contamination in the telephone mobiles and in the hands of the health personnel.
