Abstract

For the purpose of this work, the development of a debt restructuring proposal was established through the application of the value equation and time diagrams, to define the key components and factors that foster timely payment conditions; The methodology applied in the research was the documentary analysis, through the collection of information in various research sources; this work was based on conceptualizations by various authors in research related to the finances, economic and financial mathematical; In addition, a data collection of the credits made by a company was made, with these data an analysis was carried out to understand the terms of its components and from this information the calculations and formulas of the value equation were applied; through which the debt restructuring proposal was technically constructed. Through the payment plan made, a new modality of credit cancellation was defined, with the grouping of its three debts and their payment was established in three quarterly payments to obtain the time required by the company; The calculations of the operations were made from the rate and the initial terms, which resulted in the cancellation of a larger amount due to the interest of the months added in the refinancing.
