Abstract

Business management is essential in organizations, because it allows organizing, controlling and directing personnel with the company's account, helps to detect possible shortcomings within the production with the resolution to propose technological tools that improve these procedures to increase the company productivity; Where the objective was to improve production procedures through the use of technological tools in the infrastructure of the Tocadulomo mining company. The methodology that was used was the survey technique which requires obtaining the necessary information to carry out the investigation. With the results it was possible to determine that the mining company does not have updated technology, for which the implementation of updated technological tools to help increase its productivity is considered.
