La aplicación del derecho público en el Ecuador

Abstract

In order to analyze the behavior of the application of Public Law in Ecuador, a descriptive study of the type of bibliographic review has been carried out. The methodological strategy passed through the methods of historical-logical, hermeneutic and analytic-synthetic research, and the technique of content analysis. The findings are shown in our country. The system is headed by the Constitution of the Republic, which guarantees the application of Public Law; However, it can still be perfected in the search for solutions to the faults that still exist. In addition, a better selection and training of public, administrative and professional justice servants is needed; as well as a more efficient way of redirecting the population on the issues of rights, as well as the application of public policies and the legal system, in the interest of unconstitutional and infringing acts of the Law.
