Abstract

The present work is based on the analysis of the financial indicators of the market ratios of two entities that are engaged in the same economic activity that are listed on the stock exchange in the periods 2017 and 2018, as well as determining the structure of their capital, the general objective is to determine the market value and analyze the capital structure of the AGRIPAC SA Y NEDERAGRO SA companies through market reasons and the study of their capital structure. The research is based on a qualitative and descriptive quantitative study which will determine each of the market reasons such as profit per share, price / profit ratio and the market value / book value method of which an analysis will be carried out. Comparison of these entities to measure the value of the company, as well as determine how companies are structured either by own capital or by indebtedness, this will allow these entities to make good decisions, as well as these ratios help measure profitability and the risk that companies listed on the stock exchange cross. When performing these analyzes of the companies AGRIPAC SA Y DENERAGRO SA it was found that they are in a sustainable financial strength and it should be recalled that they have an instability with the price of the shares which causes investors to lose interest in investing in those companies.
