| Descripción : | El presupuesto de capital es una herramienta utilizada para la evaluación de los proyectos de inversión y se sustenta con la ayuda de diversos instrumentos financieros como: período de recuperación del capital, valor actual neto, tasa interna de retorno, instrumentos financieros que fueron analizados en esta investigación para la toma de decisiones de los inversionistas de la empresa María Daniela Cía. Ltda., estos instrumentos en su conjunto ayudan a la determinación de su viabilidad. Evitando que los proyectos de inversión, sus inversionistas y todo el capital utilizado estén expuestos al riesgo y a la incertidumbre. En el presente trabajo se planteó de manera práctica la elaboración del presupuesto de capital mediante el uso del método descriptivo, basando el análisis de los resultados obtenidos, mediante los instrumentos financieros, se estableció la viabilidad del proyecto de inversión de la empresa María Daniela Cía. Ltda. |
| Resumen : | The capital budget is a tool used for the evaluation of investment projects and is supported with the help of various financial instruments such as the capital recovery period, net present value, internal rate of return, financial instruments that were analyzed in this investigation for the decision making of the investors of the company Maria Daniela Cia. Ltda, these instruments as a whole help to determine their feasibility. Avoiding that investment projects, their investors and all capital used are exposed to risk and uncertainty. In the present work the elaboration of the capital budget was proposed in a practical way through the use of the descriptive method, basing the analysis of the results obtained through the financial instruments, the viability of the investment project of the company María Daniela Co. Ltd. was established. |
