La importancia del uso correcto de los Incoterms 2010, en las negociaciones internacionales.

Abstract

The present work is in order to raise awareness of the importance of applying each of the Incoterms 2010, determine the type of Incoterm according to the mode of transport to be used at the time of making an international sale. Today international trade has evolved and more and more risks in commercial operations. The Incoterms, have as their primary objective in establishing criteria about the distribution of expenses and in turn in the transmission of risks. As international trade activities have advanced, likewise, the market has become more demanding and competitive when acquiring a good or service, which is why the means of transport have also been reformed to meet the demand it requires the same. Logistic is a process that has also significantly improved, it covers the ways of handling the goods from their place of origin to their place of destination, being more efficient at the time of delivery and ensuring that they arrive in very good condition during their transfer. The negotiation is a way to close a purchase-sale contact between an importer and an exporter, in addition, they determine the rules agreed in the contract seeking to obtain multiple benefits that are satisfactory for both parties. Otherwise, if one of the two parties does not comply with the agreement, they must attend an international arbitration center for resolution of the conflict.
