Proceso de internacionalización de la empresa Eicfar, cumpliendo normas administrativas, legales, aduaneras en la exportación de banano hacia mercado suizo.

Abstract

This research work is carried out with the purpose of knowing the steps to generate a successful negotiation of the "banana" fruit, from Ecuador, since this product has the highest export rate to countries of both the American, Oceanic, Asian continents and Europeans, in the latter is the country of destination Switzerland. This importing country, attracted by the Ecuadorian fruit of the company EICFAR both for its production and for the price, despite being a demanding country considers that the Ecuadorian market has large currencies. This export must comply with the administrative, legal and customs regulations of the countries involved, these commercial activities are regulated in Ecuador by SENAE, Pro Ecuador, COMEX, among others, while Switzerland its export indicators are governed by the EU, although It does not belong to this group, and monitored by the Federal Customs Administration. For the realization of these international investments, their transportation is remitted by sea, in Ecuadorian country through Puerto Bolívar, and in Swedish country their boat is in the Rhine River, complying with the requirements and certifications imposed by both Customs, in addition to being used as Icoterms FOB . It should be noted that, for the different transactions made by different countries, Ecuador signed a treaty with the group (EFTA) considered as a commercial block to which Switzerland belongs, in order to promote investments for Ecuador and strengthen trade between member countries, benefiting the main export products banana, cocoa, roses, shrimp.
