Abstract

The organization is the means by which the best way to achieve objectives is established primarily in a community to identify needs and jointly solve problems that affect the welfare and development of the social group. This research work addresses the problem of the weak community organization and that has an impact on the living conditions of the inhabitants and therefore has an impact on the development of the community. In this context it has been proposed as a research objective, to determine the causal factors that will generate the aforementioned problem, that way the intervention proposal will be proposed that allows a solution to the existing difficulty. Therefore, for the difficulty of the work, information of a bibliographic nature is collected through scientific articles of the study variables, the quality theoretically addressed in the research and in this way broaden the argument and inquiry for its understanding. The final results show us the main cause of the study problem due to the lack of participation of the inhabitants as well as the demotivation that the absence of goals entails, resulting in the risk of quality of life and its outcome in other social problems.
