Abstract

In our country, the entry of illegal merchandise by sea is common, ships with foreign products frequently enter without registration, some manage to evade surveillance, but there are others who manage to be discovered by the National Customs Service, who confirm the illegality of the precise. Usually these smugglers have links with people who hold public office, facilitating the entry of the links. In the project set out below, that through a bibliographic investigation it is sought to gather the pertinent information to the case, with which the procedures carried out by the current law can be explained in a concise manner, for reputation this type of customs infraction, the Same that will be processed by the techniques of comparative and systematic analysis. The expected scope with the completion of this project is the establishment of procedures that the Law could perform, based on the regulations governing the customs system in order to correctly judge the infraction committed by these people.
